Another story is Ram and Laxman have spent his time during exile that is the proof of Ram and Laxman jhula. It is said that saint Rambha had harsh austerity then lord Rishikesh appeared. So this place is known as Rishikesh.

At the bank of Gnaga river it will connect it will connect another end of Ganga. This Jhula made in 1939 on river Ganga. It is said that for cross the Gnaga river Laxman was built jhula by jute. Near Jhula Laxman and Raghunath temple are situated. Near Laxman jhula Ram jhula is also situated. Ram jhula in between Shivanad and Swarg Ashra so this is also known as Shivanand Jhula.
